Our School Development Plan contains a wealth of information assessing how well we are performing as a school, what our long term strategic priorities are and details of activities that we are undertaking to help improve provision during this academic year. We welcome parents to look at this and feedback any comments or thoughts they have about this plan either through our feedback form on the website or verbally to us.

Precisely sequences curriculum for knowledge retention, inclusive teacher and high pupil achievement.
Maintain and develop outstanding Early Years practices to achieve Good Level of Development, especially in Communication, Language and Literacy.
Integrate career education into the curriculum via local business partnerships, pracitical experiences and impact evaluation.
Update assessment systems for accurate feedback, supporting personalised learning and date-driven decisions.
Foster an inclusive learning environment by addressing systemic racism, promoting cultural competence and engaging families.
Research joining a multi-academy trust by studying similar schools, staff consultations and reviewing SEND support systems.
Boost attendance with engaging environment, early parent communication, targeted support, data monitoring, positive school culture and local agency collaboration.
